At Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy, we are seeking a talented Hospitality Entrepreneur to lead our team at The Fox & Hounds in Walkeringham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a unique dining experience and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in community-led hospitality businesses and a clear vision for their food and drinks menu, marketing strategy, and entertainment offer. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members. A strong understanding of financial management, marketing, and operations is essential for this role.

About the Pub
The Fox & Hounds is a traditional pub with a fresh interior, complete with a new kitchen, dining area, and lounge. It offers a great selection of premium drinks, including beers, ciders, and quality wines. The pub also serves traditional pub classics and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Some of the key features of the pub include a car park, catering kitchen, investment tenancy, private accommodation, refurbishment planned, and pub games. The trading area and facilities post-refurbishment will include a main trading area with bar, 69 internal covers, 36 external covers, catering kitchen, car parking, and patioed external seating area.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive annual salary of £55,000, which includes estimated annual turnover of £362,935, estimated minimum ingoing costs of £36,392, and an estimated deposit of £6,892. Additionally, you will have access to professional fees, training fee, premises license fee, F&F valuation fee, and till floats as part of your working capital. An estimated fixtures and fittings value of £20,000 and estimated stock valuation of £6,000 are also included in the package.
