Lead OT for SEN School Program

Job Summary:
We are recruiting an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at an SEN school in London. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced OT to lead the occupational therapy team and develop our program.
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the OT team, developing and implementing therapy programs, and working closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Main Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Lead the OT team and provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training.
- Assessment and Therapy Planning: Assess students' needs and design individualized therapy plans.
- Direct Therapy and Interventions: Provide targeted interventions and therapy in individual, small-group, and classroom-integrated formats.
- Staff Training and Development: Develop and deliver training sessions for school staff on topics related to sensory processing and motor development.
What We Offer
We offer a salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, and a chance to make a lasting impact on students' development and well-being in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
