We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at No. 15 Great Pulteney, Bath. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, using a range of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-end hotel or bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- WSET level 2 certification or equivalent experience.
