About the Role

We seek an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our dynamic team, driving the growth of our finance function as we expand into new markets. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the finance team, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring the integrity of our financial ledgers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 4+ years of PQE experience, preferably from a top-tier accounting firm;
  • A strong background in management accounts and financial leadership;
  • Experience in e-commerce/retail sectors would be highly beneficial;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel and ERP systems;
  • A proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth through strategic financial planning.

As a key member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, enhanced parental leave, and annual leave purchase scheme.
