Senior Lettings Negotiator

At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team in Ipswich. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals, and negotiating tenancies to maximise branch income and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals to instruct properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise branch income and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator, seeking progression.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving licence.
