Job Title: Fashion Industry Talent Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fashion Industry Talent Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and booking models for fashion, commercial, editorial, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and book models: Identify and recruit talented models for our clients' campaigns, ensuring a strong fit for the project's requirements.
  2. Liaise with clients and models: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and models, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
  3. Negotiate contracts and fees: Collaborate with clients and models to negotiate contracts, fees, and schedules, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Manage bookings and calendars: Effectively manage bookings, calendars, and availability of models, ensuring seamless project execution.
  5. Maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, models, and agencies, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Model Booker, Talent Manager, or Personal Assistant within the fashion, modelling, or entertainment industry.
  2. Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and models.
  3. Organizational and multitasking abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Proficiency with scheduling tools: Proficiency with scheduling tools and booking systems, with the ability to manage complex bookings and calendars.
