BDM Recruitment is partnering with an established financial services firm to offer a highly motivated individual the chance to become a Home-Based Remortgage Advisor. This position offers you the chance to make a real impact, delivering top-tier mortgage advice and protection products to clients across Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advice: As a Remortgage Advisor, you'll have the flexibility to offer your clients a wide range of mortgage options, ensuring they receive the best possible deal based on their specific circumstances.
  • Provide Tailored Protection Solutions: Alongside mortgage advice, you'll offer protection products, making sure your clients have the most suitable coverage for their needs.
  • Conduct Remote or In-Person Consultations: You'll have the flexibility to liaise with your clients via phone, video calls, or face-to-face meetings, offering them advice in a way that's convenient and comfortable for both you and them.
  • Collaborate with a Dedicated Support Team: You'll be backed by an efficient support team, helping to streamline the process from lead generation to closing.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker: You should have a solid track record in advising clients on mortgages, ideally with a focus on remortgaging.
  • CeMAP Qualification (or Equivalent): This is essential to ensure you can provide the best advice in line with industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of Mortgage and Protection Products: A comprehensive understanding of whole-of-market mortgage solutions and protection products is key.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: You'll need to be confident in managing your own diary, liaising with clients, and providing clear and concise advice.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: Working from home requires the ability to manage your own workload effectively, especially when dealing with multiple clients across Norfolk.
