About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team as a Trainer, passing on their knowledge and skills to the next generation of culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a caseload of learners, providing coaching and mentoring through to completion of their Chef qualifications.
  • To work remotely and visit learners in their place of work, ensuring they receive high-quality training and support.
  • To maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a high-level Chef position.
  • Ability to work from home, covering the Berkshire area.
  • Full training and qualifications provided by the employer.
