Role Description:

This Part-Time Senior Staff Nurse position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Northampton. As a key member of our Community Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care and support to patients in their homes or community settings.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of mental health and learning disability care principles and practices is essential.
