Security Officer Opportunity

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a reliable Security Officer to join our team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing a visible security presence and dealing with members of the public
• Facilitating people and vehicle searches in and out of the site
• Managing gatehouse duties, including logging in and out of vehicles
• Greeting visitors and ensuring relevant security procedures are followed
• Preparing accurate incident reports in a timely manner
• Knowledge of security systems, including life safety systems
• Monitoring and logging alarm information
• Responding to and managing site incidents and emergencies
• Patrolling the premises
• Interacting with contractors

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and have a full 5-year checkable work/education history
• A valid SIA DS or SG licence is mandatory
