Cleo Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical architectures that seamlessly integrate public cloud environments, artificial intelligence, and on-premises hosting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolve government technical architectures and implement collaborative architecture strategy.
  • Evaluate cloud/on-premises performance and recommend performance enhancement strategies.
  • Lead robust architecture methodologies and analyze systems to present solutions.
  • Guide large systems design and develop strategic business reports.
  • Update business process models and oversee technical architecture implementations.
  • Manage architectures' business impact and research emerging technology trends.
  • Brief on new technologies and produce comprehensive architecture documentation.
  • Guide IT strategy development.
Evaluation Breakdown:

The successful candidate will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Complex IT Architecture Design (15%): Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and tools, ability to identify, analyze, and creatively solve complex technical issues, and skills in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
  • Evaluating Cloud vs. On-Premises (15%): Extensive knowledge of both cloud platforms and on-premises solutions, ability to analyze and compare the benefits and limitations of each solution, and capability to make informed choices based on organizational needs and resource constraints.
  • Integration of AI Technologies (15%): Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications, skills in integrating new technologies into existing systems without disrupting current operations, and ability to forecast potential challenges and benefits of AI integration in relation to business goals.
  • Alignment with Strategic Business Goals (15%): Proficiency in aligning IT strategies with overarching business objectives, ability to clearly communicate technical plans and how they support business goals, and skills in adapting architectural practices to evolving business strategies.
  • Architectural Requirements for New Cloud Services (10%): Understanding of compliance issues related to cloud services, ability to assess technical requirements and ensure the new cloud service meets them, and skills in defining and measuring performance indicators for new implementations.
