About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Analyst to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Commercial and Subcontract team, you will be responsible for managing low-value routine contracts and subcontracts, as well as supporting our Commercial and Subcontract Managers in managing high-value and complex contracts and subcontracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Subcontract Managers in the preparation and assessment of Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes.
  • Place and maintain low-value Purchase Orders.
  • Administer standard due diligence activities.
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices.
  • Manage and measure supplier delivery performance.
  • Administer the acceptance and receipt of goods and services.
  • Maintain records.
  • Attend customer, supplier, and internal reviews in support of Subcontract Managers.
  • Support Commercial Managers in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes.
  • Manage low-value contracts.
  • Administer standard due diligence activities.
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices.
  • Measure contract performance.
  • Administer delivery, acceptance, and invoicing of goods and services.
  • Maintain records.
  • Attend customer and internal reviews in support of Contract Managers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good general office skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • Experience of contract management and delivery/acceptance/invoicing processes.
  • Basic understanding of logistics.
  • Basic knowledge of standard agreement types.
  • Experience of MRP and purchase order placement/material receipt processes.
