Job Title: Specialist Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Gartnavel General Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, working closely with the pharmacy team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Contribute to the development of a new surgical hub at Gartnavel General Hospital, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Remodel the clinical pharmacy service, optimizing a referral-driven service and maximizing the use of prioritization tools.
  • Support the dispensary lead pharmacist in providing dispensary services, ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.
  • Advancing practice is a high priority, and you will be supported in developing your skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the service.
