We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Advanced Clinical Specialist Podiatrist to join our team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to the people of Leeds.

Job Summary

The Podiatry service is a large service that provides multiple care offers to meet the individual needs of the people across the city of Leeds. We offer specialist services within the community, including wound care, foot protection service for people with high-risk feet, nail surgery, adults and children with foot and ankle pain.

Main Duties

  • Undertake specialized lower limb assessments using specialized equipment within a varied caseload consisting of diabetic, wound care and biomechanics patients.
  • Formulate, develop and deliver individualized quality treatment plans based upon evidence-based practice and using appropriate clinical reasoning.
  • Develop effective relationships in a multi-professional working environment.
  • Lead people especially through change and be a key colleague in leading and driving forward quality, innovation and service development.
