Children's Complex Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Our clients require support in their homes and communities, and we care for individuals with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while making a positive impact on our clients' lives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Children's Complex Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Supporting clients with communication and mobility needs
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in paediatrics or a similar field
- A strong understanding of complex care needs and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
