Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solicitor to join its Commercial Property Team in Reading. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients ranging from small private businesses to multinational PLCs, providing expert advice on office, industrial, and retail lettings, residential developments, investment property, and secured lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including office, industrial, and retail lettings, residential developments, and investment property.
  • Provide expert advice on secured lending, acting for owners, occupiers, sellers, purchasers, and financial institutions.
  • Work closely with other property teams, including construction, dispute resolution, tax, finance, social housing, and residential property.

Requirements:

  • 0-4 years PQE with a strong background in commercial property law.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and provide legal advice in a confident and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
