Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at TeacherActive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to young children in a nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support children's learning and development through structured play, group activities, and one-on-one interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and school policies.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to promote continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning and evaluation of the Early Years curriculum, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Calm, patient, and caring personality
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Good communication skills
  • Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Experience in a nursery in the UK
