We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employer Brand Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Sky. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our employer brand strategy, driving attraction and engagement with top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employer brand campaigns to attract high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure brand and digital campaigns meet needs
  • Design and implement brand assets, tools, and compelling social media/digital content that aligns with our brand and attraction strategy
  • Align brand and digital approaches with our broader Diversity and Inclusion agenda to ensure diversity of candidate pipelines
  • Support the Sky TA events strategy, including representing Sky at relevant events
  • Work with our RPO provider to provide input and guidance on attraction tools, content, and methodologies
  • Analyse data and outputs from brand and attraction campaigns, continuously improving processes based on insights
Requirements
  • Employer brand and attraction experience with a track record of delivering brand and attraction projects
  • Experience of bringing the employer brand to life through innovative, technology-driven approaches
  • Data-driven, with a passion for using data to drive better outcomes
  • Digital and social content creation skills
  • Experience of working across several candidate types, demographics, and role types
  • Attention to detail and creative skills
