Support Care Assistant

About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driving licence (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS check required.
