About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned production professional with a proven track record of managing production planning, scheduling, and operations to meet production targets. As Head of Production and Fulfilment, you will lead and motivate multi-shift teams, ensuring a positive and productive working environment. You will also be responsible for managing picking stock locations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure health and safety regulations are met, and managing production budgets and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve high-quality outputs
- Manage stock levels and optimize inventory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
