Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, including preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and providing financial planning advice.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans for clients, ensuring they meet their financial goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the management team to implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 4 years' experience working in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical accounting skills, with a good understanding of accounting standards and tax legislation.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
