The Necgroup is seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join its team at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre. As a key member of our catering operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver top-notch hospitality services, manage front-of-house operations, and contribute to the overall success of our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Handling and Till Operation: Manage cash transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Hospitality Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, attending to guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth event execution and achieve shared goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role or industry, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings, as required by the business.
