Technology Connectivity Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Professional with a background in PEC and sustainability to join our team as a Compliance and Sustainability Manager. This is a key role within our organization that requires a high level of expertise in regulated industries, sustainability, and product design.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in product development environments, preferably in regulated industries. They will be responsible for maintaining awareness and foresight to new, pending, or revised PEC legislation relevant to the Business Unit and their products.

Responsibilities:- Develop processes to ensure DfS methods are embedded in New Product Introduction and Sustaining activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of role-related processes and capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create plans to react to changing/new regulations and to meet PEC and Sustainability targets.
- Ensure governance over NPD/NPI/Sustaining Projects to protect.
- Respond to detailed customer requests for PEC Information on BU product; Manage internal requests related to PEC.
