Walsh Employment is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and leading the development of technical architecture solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Enterprise Architect with a background in software development. You will be responsible for leading transformational delivery solutions, working with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making processes, and ensuring that solutions meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting technical and data architecture of solutions
  • Ensuring project delivery meets architecture strategy and policies
  • Managing technical risks across projects and products
  • Line management and hiring of Solutions Architects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM subject
  • ~2+ years of line management experience
  • Expertise in software development and programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, React)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Azure, AWS, Terraform, Docker)
  • Start-up experience and building from scratch is a plus
