About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Process Development Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. This is a key senior role within our Research and Development function, leading the Process Engineer and Packaging Technologist functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the development process for engineering projects, collaborating with Manufacturing and Engineering departments, and supporting junior members across the development process to deliver best-in-class processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Process Engineer and Packaging Technologist functions
  • Define the development process for engineering projects
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering departments
  • Support junior members across the development process
  • Oversee R&D Engineer work on projects
  • Train junior members of the team
  • Challenging existing processes and driving continuous improvements

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree and several years' experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector
  • Experience leading teams and driving project execution, comfortable with people management and coaching
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and influence at all levels of the business
  • A willingness to 'be on the tools' and do as well as lead, operating with integrity and trust
  • A technical curiosity, a need to know the why, with investigative and statistical skills
