About the Role

The role of Business Director is key to our success. You'll build a business to be proud of, help to grow your team, and strive towards achieving targets. You'll be responsible for training and inspiring your team to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality food and drink.

You'll ensure that our guests are cared for and are the hosts to life's memorable moments. You'll also support your business to deliver results and drive sales growth.

About You

As a Business Director, you'll have a strong background in hospitality or a related field. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. You'll have excellent leadership skills and be able to train and inspire your team to achieve their best.

This opportunity comes with the added benefit of onsite accommodation comprising 3 bedrooms. With a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, you'll be well-rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
