Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:



  • Maintaining technical capability across the EU region for core packaging platforms.
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues on packaging and sustainability topics.
  • Leading the EU packaging strategy execution to meet sustainability targets.
  • Working with EU sites/CMO network and global procurement to identify, prioritize, and execute projects to improve packaging sustainability, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborating with global category on complex maintenance projects and acting as lead for EU initiatives impacting across sites and CMO.


Requirements

We require:



  • 10+ years' experience in broad-ranging packaging expertise.
  • Experience in data analysis, trending, and statistical tools.
  • Demonstrated ability for coaching and capability building.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations and guidelines for packaging.
  • Expertise in product/pack and pack/machine interface to drive OEE improvements.

We offer a salary of £70,000-£90,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits.
