Job Title: Brand Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Account Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for your brands and territory, building strong relationships with customers, and driving customer recommendation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee sales in your area or assigned clients/products by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
  • Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage by visiting customers regularly and providing a consistent level of service.
  • Drive customer recommendation by training customers' sales and/or dispensing staff on brand, product, and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver presentations of new and seasonal collections to clients at least two times per year.
  • Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Keep product range at clients' outlets under control, ensuring quality and quantity of stock and store supplies.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
Requirements:
  • A 'can do' attitude, being performance aware and responsible, and taking ownership for personal and team results.
  • Effective planning, implementing an effective customer contact strategy, and demonstrating a consistent and effective customer meeting schedule.
  • Being an active team member, creating internal and external business partnerships, and showing willingness to share ideas and support other members of the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong Apple iPad and PC skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of the Optical Industry/world.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
