About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain & Procurement teams to provide financial and operational insights.
- Develop and automate Supply Chain Reporting to drive business improvement.
- Combine financial, non-financial, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use analytical tools and data to support decision-making.
- Challenge and identify improved waste management practices.
- Complete month-end duties and prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Support Continuous Improvement teams and prepare financials, KPIs, and tracking progress.
- Prepare procurement cover reports and identify risks and opportunities.
About You
- Qualified Accountant with budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with finance systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis expertise.
