About the Role:

We require an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to work in our Guildford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to suppliers.

Key Tasks:
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices.
  • Logging purchase invoices onto the purchasing system.
  • Preparing payment runs and handling ad hoc payments.
  • Maintaining supplier accounts and resolving queries.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant Accounts Payable experience.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Package:
  • Estimated annual salary up to £30,000.
  • A competitive benefits package.

This role requires a commute from within the local area to our office in Guildford.
