About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Centre Manager to join our team at Vantage Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects to maximise sales and profitability from fleet vehicles and finance, warranty, and mechanical breakdown products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organise daily selling activity, including telephoning sales prospects to win new business.
  • Qualify customers' requirements through discussion and gauging their reaction to alternative options.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate product demonstrations to fit with customers' requirements.
  • Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist.
  • Negotiate with customers to agree the sale price.
  • Produce finance quotes and agree finance arrangements with customers.
  • Co-ordinate the completion of all necessary administration, including updating customer records.
  • Agree delivery arrangements with customers.
  • Work with colleagues and teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
  • Continuously review and improve Fleet sales processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer delight while maximising profitability.
