Extrusion Technician

Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Extrusion Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

• Operate and maintain extrusion equipment, including inline recycling machines, with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Train and mentor colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Salaries range from £27,500 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime and additional income through training and development programs. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and holiday entitlement.
