Service and Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Service and Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality air conditioning servicing and maintenance to commercial and domestic clients across East Anglia and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  2. Service and maintain split systems, VRV's, and VRF's.
  3. Provide professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract is carried out.
  5. Pro-actively address concerns and relay them to management as necessary.
  6. Complete all necessary documents and records.
Requirements:
  1. Fgas 2079 Cat 1 certification.
  2. NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (minimum), NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (desired but not essential).
  3. NVQ/City & Guilds Electrical Engineering (desired but not essential).
  4. Daikin and Mitsubishi AC system knowledge is an advantage.
  5. 2-5 years of experience.
  6. Full UK driving license (clean).
  7. Some working and staying away will be required.
