About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Exchange Street Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will play a vital role in supporting our IFAs and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality paraplanning support to our IFAs, including IHT planning and EIS/VCT expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000, plus healthy bonuses and a range of benefits, including a 4 x death in service scheme and pension contributions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 4 qualification in paraplanning or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, including IHT planning and EIS/VCT.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
