Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Tax Associate to manage and deliver high-quality corporate tax services to a varied client base. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver corporate tax services to a diverse client base, including advising on tax-efficient strategies, compliance, and planning.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax computations for financial statements.
  • Provide support on a range of tax advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, and international tax matters.

About You

  • You will ideally be CTA/ACA part-qualified with prior experience within a practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
