About the Role:
Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a Roofing specialist role. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for administering construction contracts, including tendering, reviews, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer construction contracts, including tendering, reviews, and negotiations.
- Assist with workforce oversight, subcontractor deployment, and time keeping.
- Meet with subcontractors throughout the works and approve stage payments, including accurate take-offs and measurements.
- Generate regular cost reports and forecasts to provide Construction Manager and Directors with up-to-date financial information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience in Roofing, Flat Roofing, or Tier 1 Contractor experience.
- Full driving license.
