Clinical Services Manager Opportunity

Leaders In Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our Outpatients and Pre-Operative Assessment team at a prestigious hospital in Berkshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Staff Management: Oversee the deployment, supervision, and development of clinical staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Clinical Practice: Work clinically as needed, with at least one clinical shift per week, to maintain a strong understanding of our services.
Package and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year, increasing to 30 days with service, plus bank holidays.

Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional development in clinical and managerial areas.
  • Nursing Qualifications: RN with valid NMC Registration and a Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Clinical Governance: Strong understanding of Clinical Governance and NMC Code of Accountability.
