Service Project Manager

  • We are seeking a professional to manage client service projects within our organization. The key objective is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet desired objectives by analyzing all possible flows, testing, and investigating details.


  • The role involves providing client liaison and partnering with project managers, relationship managers, sales management, product management, and operations to identify customized solutions.


  • To support project delivery and provide high-quality results, excellent service is required to our corporate clients in all interactions.


  • Responsible for rolling out secure solutions to clients and internal staff for advice, inquiries, complaints, and service issues related to the project.


  • Manage the project lifecycle from planning to launch, liaising with designers, developers, and clients to ensure professional project completion.


  • Monitor project progress and product quality, working closely with the project team to deliver applications within deadlines.


  • Document project progress and serve client inquiries effectively caused by the project.


  • Handle client and project management from inception to delivery, working together with the project team, RMs, product sales, operations, and other stakeholders to solve client issues and improve overall service.


  • Comply with the Operational Risk Framework, including client identification, complaints, and inquiry handling.


  • Adhere to policies, including escalation and compliance requirements, and follow relevant internal controls and procedures.


  • Review service performance with clients and generate ways to improve service level standards.


  • Provide proactive training for clients to improve the utilization of facilities, increase transaction volume, and identify opportunities for channels and referrals.


  • Key skills required include detail-oriented, team player, end-to-end ownership, driving results, and sustaining intensity and optimism while delivering excellent service.


  • Strong leadership skills with contact centre workforce management knowledge are necessary.


  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are required to manage client servicing.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, ideation, and time management skills are necessary for success.
