Job Opportunity: Internal Sales Executive

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our trade and retail customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and resolve customer queries
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in an Internal Sales role within the construction supplies/building materials sector
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Results-driven and able to work towards targets
* Team player with a positive attitude

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £29,000 - £31,000 dependent upon experience
