Christmas Team Member Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Christmas team as a Christmas Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
• Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period.
• Support colleagues in creating a welcoming and engaging store environment.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Adhere to all store and company standards, including retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security.
• Assist with visual merchandising changes and stock management to ensure our stores are peak ready.
• Follow brand and store procedures when receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries, and actioning stock movements.
