The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a high-volume bar environment and a real flair for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bar and lead the team by example, adopting a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service at all times of the day.
  • Develop and implement effective stock control and ordering systems.
