We are looking for an Academic Leader to provide academic leadership and guidance to our team of lecturers in the School of Engineering.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective curriculum plans, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students.
  • Provide proactive contribution towards the development of the subject area, working closely with the Curriculum Manager.
  • Oversee course planning, staffing, timetabling, and resource needs for the subject area.
  • Support and stimulate professional development and updating within the subject area.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their achievement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in leading teams and developing curricula.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
