**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift/Floor Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Restaurant Manager in leading a high-performing team, maintaining operational efficiency, and conducting regular store walks from the customer's perspective.
  • Performance Management: Provide feedback to team members on performance, set goals and objectives, and provide support and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage weekly stock orders, ensure quality control, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a high level of food hygiene and food safety, and ensure accurate and prompt reporting of any accidents or incidents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility and discipline in work approach.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
