As a Merchandising Specialist - Gifting (Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory management and supply chain activity to ensure excellent availability within the Open To Buy Constraints. This role requires strong analytical skills, highly organized, good communication skills at varying levels, and the ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of inventory management and supply chain activity to ensure excellent availability within the Open To Buy Constraints.
- Maximize availability and provide statistical analysis to determine the optimum range to achieve YOY growth and full sales potential.
- Ensure all KPIs are met for the respective departments responsible for.
- Manage markdown spend to ensure all seasonal lines are cleared as needed without impacting GP.
- Statistical analysis of range – monitoring sell through by brand/category.
- Management of Critical Path.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and highly organized.
- Good communication skills at varying levels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
