Packaging Process Lead

About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee line setup, balancing, and optimization, ensuring targets are met consistently. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar production or team leader role and strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing labor to achieve the daily packing plan, handling staff rotations according to company procedures, and developing and nurturing a skilled team of Line Leaders.
This role requires excellent leadership abilities, including demonstrated team development and communication skills to serve as a bridge between departments, facilitating communication to address issues and enhance workflows.
The Production Team Leader will also identify and implement process and efficiency improvements, assess and address training needs, and drive production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals to meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a similar production or team leader role.
