Leadership Position in Mental Health Recovery

At Turning Point, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health needs. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our team and driving recovery-focused interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the service as Registered Manager, ensuring safe premises and effective management of the team and patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, including nurses, support staff, psychologists, and therapists.
- Develop and implement evidence-based frameworks and treatments, adhering to NICE guidance and Clinical Governance.
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to achieve business objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC PIN.
- Experience working with patients under the mental health act, particularly those with dual diagnoses.
- Knowledge of psychotic illnesses and ability to work collaboratively on recovery-focused interventions.
- Proven track record of achieving excellence in a clinical environment.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 33 days paid holiday, increasing to 35 days with each year of service.
