About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Senior Scriptwriter to collaborate with our Game Design team and develop the game's story and script.
As a strong collaborator, you'll write engaging dialogue, memorable characters, and compelling storylines for video games.
This contract role is based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa, with a hybrid work model and relocation assistance available if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging storylines, memorable characters, and narrative documentation to support the project vision.
- Prepare scripts for voice recording and attend recording sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with designers to provide narrative support for design elements.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for games or interactive storytelling.
- A demonstrable track record of quality as a writer.
- Several years of professional experience writing creatively for games, TV, film, theatre, comics, or related media.
- Exceptional story and character development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural collaborator who's comfortable working in cross-discipline teams.
- Willingness to receive and provide insightful, constructive feedback.
