Job Overview

Future Build Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pre-construction Manager to join a national contractor specializing in refurbishment projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be based out of the Dartford office and will focus on pre-construction matters across all workload in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design teams and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, logistics, and construction phase plans
  • Collaborate with the tender process and positively influence the quality of submissions
  • Manage and coordinate temporary works
  • Produce programmes and ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:

  • Refurbishment experience within a residential setting
  • Good technical knowledge and ability to coordinate design teams
  • Able to work towards deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Project and able to produce programmes
  • Good knowledge on temporary works
