The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and maintain accurate records in line with GDC guidelines and practice policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Processing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining a smooth workflow
  • Working collaboratively with the dental team to achieve practice goals
