Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Beef Industry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our genetic consultants, managing open days and farm visits, and promoting our beef on dairy programme.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a company car, fuel card, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain current knowledge on the industry and market trends for beef on dairy requirements.
  • Provide technical breeding information for literature, websites, and monthly product communications around the selected supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create strategies to promote the supply chain.
  • Responsible for the growth and development of the beef supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
